Nick and Grace!
Obsession. Need. This is what both Grace and Nick have, but for several years have not acted on it. Nick comes to her cabins to stay for a week once a year, and now it's the 3rd year, and she has plans for him. He hasn't spoken to her, but there is something that draws her to him. Nick is looking for the quiet that the cabin brings him, and while not the ideal spot this year in his mind, he has to go back to see her. So this story starts. These two are destined for steamy passion, but Jeanne St James gives us so much more than that! This story has a basis that is unexpected, learning to deal with loss, guilt, grief, and new beginnings. It's sexy and an absolutely wonderful novella. I can't wait to see what is in store next.
This steamy story has incredible narration. Ava Lucas and Aaron Shedlock bring it all to life. Lucas just finds her place in her characters, and gives it all. As Grace, she has that firey need and determination. She dials in and finds her different sides as she gets to know Nick better, and Lucas adapts to each one. Shedlock is the perfect voice for Nick. He can bring that alpha quality out in his narrations, and then in a heartbeat, show that vulnerable side. Together they are on fire with this book!
