Summary

Jaylin Jerome Rogers, an investment broker worth millions, lives a high-class life with plenty of women to share it with. Nestled in his lavishing home in Chesterfield, Missouri, he captures women with his wealth, charm, nine-plus inches of goodness, and amazingly good looks. Although his bed is never empty, his heart is. He feels nothing for the women who love him dearly and continues his search for the "perfect" one.

When Scorpio Valentino, an attractive, seductive, and charming woman saunters into his view, she offers Jaylin a life of altering changes. Her intention is to make his life a living hell; however, Jaylin is not about to take the fall. Surprisingly, soon, love presents itself. Not for the women in Jaylin's life, but he experiences love through becoming a father to Scorpio's five-year-old daughter, Mackenzie. She's his guardian angel and is there for Jaylin through the tough times he's bound to face.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!

This was one of THE WORST books I've listened to, by far! It was so all over the place and unbelievable!! Not to mention the narrator got on my ever loving nerve. I WILL NOT be listening to the other books in the series as I cannot take the ignorance every last character in this book had. This book was very ill thought out and I truly had a hard time making it to the end. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR CREDIT!!! UGH!!

This book was terrible, story line was all over.

Narriator sucked! It was a struggle listening to this story. The portrayed characters were terrible. Gullible dumb women and men portrayed as pigs and dogs.

I don't recommend!

Couldn’t finish

Couldn’t get past the second chapter. The narrator didn’t do a good job distinguishing the different characters. The storyline thus far is blah.

Love Ms. Mishi

Mishi LaChepelle has become one of my favorite narrators. The story was good, much better than other books I've listened to from this author. Having a great narrator really makes a difference.

I can dig it

I actually liked this book. At times I wanted to slap some sense into the characters, but I liked it. I would be all in for a part 2 myself. Come through Brenda

The Ending was eh. The rest if the story was fine.

Mishi's narration is always good... the story was good. The ending wasn't what I needed to end this story. It wasn't predictable, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. It was just eh. Overall the book was cool.

Excellent

First off I love the way Mishi LaChapelle narrated the storyline.

Jaylin is the type of man u can love one minute than hate him the next minute.

My girl Scorpio is hell anything that walks they walk her right to their bed.

I was reading some of the reviews saying that the storyline was all over the place I have to disagree with that.

This book kept my attention to the pointing already on Book #2 and already brought book #3.

Page turner!

This 📓 is really interesting! Many times I could not wait to see what's next! A few times Nokea got under my skin though!
