A very important read

Fantastic and intriguing read. This book allowed me to open my eyes to the sort of behaviours myself or others may commit every day which also opened my eyes to the possibility of a link go Narcissitic Personality Disorder. Certainly a book that I would recommend to everyone in any sort of relationship, particularly important to read when going through a rough patch in the relationship.

Ok book

No victim of narcissistic abuse needs to hear generic garbage advice like eat well and exercise. These platitudes are suggested for every human problem. When something is solution to everything, its solution to nothing.

Well written

I found this audiobook very informative. I learned a lot about what Narcissism is and how to identify it. I did at times find the book to be a little like a textbook with the language but overall it was a simplified version that I had not trouble relating to. I know a few people with different levels of narcissism and this book has helped me to better deal with them. I thought Guy Messenger did a wonderful job at the narration. I was gifted this audiobook with the understanding that I would leave an honest review.
