Just when you think no-one else understands
This book has helped me to understand the disorder and has helped me how to deal with the issues I'm faced with. A great book for anyone unfortunate enough to be living with, or knows someone who is being effected by this disorder.

Interesting but terrible narration
The book is comprehensive and informative but I don’t know why they chose this woman to narrate - she sounds like she’s had a stroke, the pronunciation is really terrible, dropping syllables and slurring words. It’s quite irritating to listen to.
