Summary

How to handle a narcissist, survive from emotional abuse, set boundaries, and control your relationship...

What is Narcissism? The word has traditionally been associated with a harmless love for one’s self, very rarely being used to describe a destructive abuse mechanism. When mainstream society thinks of narcissism, I get the feeling it’s not looked at with disdain, but rather as an off-the-cuff petty character trait. How wrong could it be?

The world we live in has become narcissistic. Driven by materialism and superficial goals, no longer does humanity wish to work in communities, but rather to bring people down - society judges people by what car they drive, what job they have, how much money they make, what clothes they wear, what their face looks like, what their voice sounds like, what shoes they wear, what phone they have, what area of town they live in.

The list goes on and on. A narcissist will judge all of these things. They are too shallow to consider anything else.

They don’t want to work as a team - they are driven by jealousy and seek vengeance on anyone who is happy with their lives.

This book will be devoted to provide a very detailed look at how to acquire a life free from a narcissist's mindset, as well as an introductory and advanced education on how to successfully recover from it. Listen on....

So much wisdom.

I can’t deny the fact how I unwittingly qualify as targets of narcissists. I have been through years of pain and destruction and after some time of listening to this, I realized I no longer want to be trapped in this cycle.

A rare find.

It's incredible how the creator crafted an enlightening look at the dynamic of the narcissist and its target. I don't mind purchasing it even if it's expensive. It's all worth it.

With huge amount of data on what to look for in a narcissist. I’d like to continue my study with other books of the same author. I am glad I didn’t skip any chapters. Each of them contains wisdom.

It’s a good thing I came across a good one. There are not so much details and above all, it’s direct to the point. The most common behavioral habits and manipulation tactics narcissists employ are presented well enough.

It’s allowing me to be open to the signs of a narcissist’s behavior. No regrets in purchasing this. It’s powerful and functional at the same time.

I'm not sure I'd recommend this but please read my review

Sure, once you buy all her books you'll be narcissist- prepared but I found the specific examples all fell short of a practical technique that could be applied (other than "go dark" or complete avoidance of the psychopath "in your life" - but what if you can't just walk away - they're your boss and colleagues and you need the job. And setting boundaries? If you were abused for years starting at a very young age, you definitely don't know how to set boundaries and I was hoping for examples to modify to my situation but mostly the author defines the behaviors of various narcissists she's endured and how their treatment of her played out (a stalking coworker), manipulative false friends, raging ex-girlfriends and a very unpleasant family. I just didn't get much out of this excessively long, very egocentric and extremely negative guide to all the ways you can refer to narcissists - "these Scumbags" was my favorite. Going so far as to block anyone who's friends with the narcissist seems a bit extreme - blocking narcissists on social media would be a full time gig. I still don't know what to do (why is not reacting the only option? It's a very defeated view of the world and the way she perceives society as progressing reflects a rather shallow view of the world we live in. Everything was in reaction to these energy vampires sucking the life out of positive people who are "happy with their lives." That was the most valuable conclusion she provided. These jerks are bothered by your being content. They're everywhere. And our corporate capitalism celebrity-obessed culture is the perfect terrorist training camp for this menace. The worst? Being referred to her you tube video for the actual meaning of her favorite category: the covert narcissist.

The copyright chapters are ridiculous (you can't just requote this masterpiece, she isn't interested in getting the info out there, but her copyright permissions. The first two chapters are this crap.

There's no soul here just a nervous tick from narcissists, flying monkeys and sychophants who support the narc narrative. I mean you can't block them all!

Going to look up covert narcissism now. Ciao.

Enlightening!

Narcissism is actually more common than I perceive it to be. In this case, I don't have ang regrets in taking the time to explore this and be educated. This sure served as an eye-opener.

A well-informed audio that's helping me understand how to live with extreme narcissists. I have a pretty good idea which type I'm dealing with. It's one excellent read whether the narcissists is at home, at work, or anywhere else.

Stop narcissistic abuse.

The aim of this is not to change a narcissistic behavior but to identify and protect yourself from them. You will be surprised how many narcissistic people are surrounding you.

One great survival audio here.

I actually like how the author makes his readers feel that there's help available to them that comes in any form and audiobooks, too.
