It was an ordinary day in 2016. In Gatwick Airport, Jonathan and his wife, Anna, were having breakfast with their two little children while waiting for their flight to be called. And then it happened, a familiar sensation that Jonathan hadn't had for decades: an out-of-body experience that transported him to another place, the safe place he used to escape to in his mind when he was a boy.

Story
Do you suffer from tight shoulders, upper back pain, or stiffness in the neck? Do you get headaches, migraines, or have really bad posture? It might be as simple as keeping your head too far forward. Forward head posture is when your head is in an unnaturally forward position. The neck protrudes forward causing pain and stress in the tissues of the neck, back, and shoulders. Most of us naturally adopt this position when we spend too much time sitting at a desk in front of a computer.

Summary
Order now to hear the long-awaited debut book from the huge TikTok sensation Evie Meg, This Trippy Hippie!
Hey guys, you might know me already from one of my social media channels where I talk about the highs and lows of living with Tourette's syndrome. I've loved sharing those times with you and - as there are lots of things I can't fit into a 60-second video - I've decided to write a book! It's the full story of how I came to be diagnosed and how having Tourette's has changed my life. Writing it has given me an opportunity to talk about things I haven't felt ready to share before - for some reason it's easier to put down private things in written words than in a video!
I talk about the many other illnesses I've been through and the dreams that it's affected - about my school days, relationships and my very lowest points - but I also talk about what I've managed to achieve in spite of all the obstacles. I hope it'll make you laugh and make you think and empower you to realise that no matter what you're facing in life, there are always ways to deal with the challenges.
It's also so important to me that people understand what life is like with a disability, so we can be compassionate towards each other. I've bared my soul in this book to hopefully help others to do this. I'm so excited (and just a little bit nervous) for you to listen to it!

Mandatory reading for anyone struggling
This book is a very honest, beautiful and very helpful book to anyone who is struggling. I Learned a lot.
I'm new to Evie and if im being honest i found her swearing/random quote Tics funny to watch. However the more I watched the more I learned. I learned about the pain, the struggle and how the condition works. It's fascinating to learn but also very heartbreaking at times, as shown in this book. which is what I really respect. This book tells you about Evie and her achievements but never does she brag. It's written to show you just how to appreciate and love yourself more because of how much pain she's been through. This book rarely mentions Evies online success, which is pretty humble of her. The book is purely to spread and share awarness in a very frank and very honest way. I actually got emotional at times and had to take a break. I have a medical condition myself which effects my muscles, heart and legs which is similar to when Evies legs lock or when she gets tired too. So in my own way I can understand parts of her struggle as I spent many years in a children's hospital. What I also love and respect about this book is how, honest and powerful it is about your image and mental health. There is some great advice and support here and Evie doesnt sugar coat anything. I honestly wish I had this book to read when I was a child in the hospital or had a breakdown after uni. This book is perfect for you if you are struggling with that and Will help so many young girls and boys who struggle with the pressure of school and fitting in. I'm going to let my mum listen to this and even my niece as she grows up and goes to school. It was also very good of her to dedicate many chapters on how to help people with Tourette's or seizures. A side note I loved that she kept the tics in it was sweet. If your reading this Evie, your book is what is needed for people in this day and age and well bloody done for making it.

Personal, lovely, educating and beans.
I learned a lot through this book and getting such personal insight into the authors life story was very touching. It is well written and kept me engaged almost the whole time.
Evie is not a professinal narrator and reads in a very monotone voice, but given the subject matter and nature of the story I am glad she read it herself, tics and all.
The story does meander too much at times, but over all this was a very nice listen and I would definately recommend.

Exceptional
Evie is such a great story teller and narrator, especially including her tics in the recordings made it feel like I was sat with her while she was telling her story. I really appreciated her complete transparency and honesty with her struggles over her life and she has clearly overcome some horrific things but the education and awareness of these debilitating conditions that she spreads is absolutely amazing and I'm glad I bought this book. I'd 100% reccomend, some chapters were tough to read as someone who has gone through similar situations and hates to see others in pain but it really showed me that I'm not alone in this. Brought a tear to my eye

Life Stories Are Always Interesting
This young woman (without even knowing) helped me through some of the darkest times of my life even while facing some of the scariest times of her own. Her story of anxiety and depression matches my own fairly closely though I never really felt I could share it the way she does. Maybe it's a me thing or maybe it's a "guy thing", not sure.
Anyway, this book is perfect for anyone having a rough time and this audio book gives you an idea of how the author lives day to day. Some may find her tics in the audio book annoying, but if you do please just stick with it because they will begin to fade into the background as you focus on her story. For me I knew what to expect going in and found that I smiled every time I heard her say "beans". If you follow her, you'll understand why.
Thank you for sharing Evie and thank you for being my hero! Love your story and hate you struggled so much, but you're doing great so just keep being you!
