Best Ever.

Wow. This is beyond practical. This literally is the BEST product for simplifying use of the tens unit. Videos and fliers w the product simply fail to demonstrate the single most important thing you need to know. Where do I put the pads for a particular muscle. Just awesome! I've shown this to so many people. Thank you Doctor Jo! A life changer!

Received a free copy from the publisher. Each experience is per individual, so I can't say that it helped or it didn't help. Worth a try at least.

I like this book.

As someone who is starting to show early signs of back pain, I wanted to get a head start on addressing it before it got out of hand. This book does indeed provide great solutions in finding relief for back pain. I’ve started sharing my findings with friends and family who are experiencing back pain themselves. I highly reccommend this book to those who are seeking relief. Thanks to Callisto Publisher's Club for providing me with a copy of this book for review! One person found this helpful

I like this book.

I did like this book. I sketched the excersices down and added them to my others I've researched. I have frequent low grade aches in my lower back and on occasion have a worse issue with it. I've been working on the core, my hips and of course, the lower back. This book gave clear descriptions and I like the pics. It has been useful already.

Good Quality Book.

Very beneficial. I've suffered with low back pain for over 50 years and am receiving some relief from the exercises. I haven't finished listening the entire book yet but I will, definitely. I believe when I finish listening about all the exercises recommended I may not have complete relief but will have a greatly improved life with much less pain. I also am going to do the exercises for the neck and shoulder since I have pain in those locations also. The book is written with clear instructions and a person should be able to complete the exercises in a few minutes.

Best Audio Book .

The author describes Hanna Somatics, is a type of mind-body training that encourages physical and mental control over muscles to reduce chronic musculoskeletal pain. The thoughts in the book seem to jump all over the place, the exercises included drawings, but the details of exercises were not always clear to me.

A Great Book.

Great information, easy to listen, well-organized - what more could you want. This book has helped with hip pain and though you should always seek a physician before starting a new exercise program, this one is promising. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Nice to Hear.

A very quick listen and reference guide for everyone! My son is a runner and at times his hip will hurt. When I was given the opportunity to review this book, I jumped at the chance to see if it had exercises to help with this. I'm definitely glad I got this! I also deal with sore hips after doing numerous "squats" during the day to pick up my young daycare kiddos so I find these exercises helpful as well.
