I’ve lifted weights for years, but when the gyms closed I was lost without a barbell and machines. Actually listening a book to understand the big picture is more efficient and quicker than spending hours on Google. This book gave my training a structure and good results with the first workout. Fantastic book! He really puts his heart into this! Listening up on the latest research. It came out at the right time too, I just got done with a week break from an injury and illness so this was the perfect way for me to get back at working out! Great great information definitely worth the purchase!
