A big plug for Progressive Property
I’m often amazed how self help authors can write hours of words and not actually tell you anything. I felt like this until about hour six but I stuck with it. Basically, this book is a plug for the Progressive Property courses but there are some nuggets if you stick with it. Personally, I prefer Rib Dix, who doesn’t relentlessly promote his courses. I won’t be trying any more of this author’s books, I’m pretty clued up but this was hard work because it told you very little. A wasted Audible credit I’m afraid. Sorry guys!

Essential Property Investing "how to" guide
If you could sum up Multiple Streams of Property Income in three words, what would they be?
Unlocking financial freedom
What was one of the most memorable moments of Multiple Streams of Property Income?
Understanding how I can use my properties to invest in other properties faster than I thought possible. The model is solid, and as long as you follow it you won't have any problems, outside of those you can't control - there are no guarantees, but your chances to learn, grow and improve are unmeasurable. I love property and this is a fantastic guide to getting more form what I love. I know people who don't love it that much but know how to make money from it, they follow the advice and keep it going.
What about Rob Moore’s performance did you like?
The blatant honesty and detail.
Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It made me feel relaxed and less stressed - but you have to go through pain to gain. Nothing is perfect and I felt knowing how to do it (albeit with practice, perhaps some fails too) that what feels hard to do now will not be hard in a few months, and then I know I can handle the next big test.
Any additional comments?
You need some money, but not as much as you think to get started - also you need to use the resources Rob puts forward (the community) and just don't be scared.

inspiring
a great book for someone willing to upgrade their life / reach their lgoals and avoid mistakes that hit the beginner investors/ entrepreneurs. levereging as a philosophy is major eye opener into how you can bypass a lot of pain and tedious work by simply changing your attitude. the book is full of useful examples , references. definatly reccomended.

Multiple Possible, Focus on a Few
Great advice contained in this book, yes irbid about multiple streams but also gives solid advice to focus on a few
Ratios of time spent in different areas of your own journey are invaluable and really should assist your journey
Have made my own mistakes 12-13 years ago, this book unfortunately for me shows me what I already knew, but also quite clearly how to move forward to make solid property investment decisions to secure my and family future
