What a great book!
What made the experience of listening to Multiple Streams of Property Income the most enjoyable?
As a landlord of 20 years with quite a large portfolio, I generally don’t pick up much from books these days.
Back in 2003, whilst transitioning from a J.O.B. to being a landlord, I must have read 70-80 books over the course 2 years.
As a result, when I started, it only took four months to replace my earned income, with rental income.
When I had tripled this, I quite my job. (and have never looked back)
I even wrote my own best selling property book in 2008. (House Share Hero)
I’ve read some good books over the last few years, but this is outstanding.
Its not just about property, but about ‘The business’ of property.
Every landlord should read this book now!
The information is worth many times the purchase price.

Hours of nothing
I bought this audio book as I'm looking to invest in property, unfortunately I gained basically nothing from it. I'd class this as a motivational book which does not motivate, I found myself getting frustrated at the total lack of anything substantial. The writer must be applauded for the sheer amount of words spoken which give you no insight, tips, guides or useful stories, I guess for these you have to pay extra for the heavily promoted courses they run! Rubbish!

Primarily a sales pitch for his own business.
Starts well before you soon work out its a MLM con! This book is more about the author than you

no information
there is not much substance contained within this audio. it's more like a marketing tool for other seminars and services that the author offers.

Multiple Streams Of Property Income
Would you listen to Multiple Streams of Property Income again? Why?
Before listening to this I thought that there were only two ways to make money from property. Flipping, or buy to let. This audible has shown me there are many, many more strategies.
What did you like best about this story?
The fact that Rob has personally gone out and used all of these strategies to build a portfolio of properties.

Change the way you think!
If you are interested in property investment then seriously...this is pretty much the 'everything included' bible. It is informative and shows you all the possible strategies that are available. Take the information gleaned from this book and do something with it. Money is not going to fall from the skies into your lap. You have to read research and work hard, but work hard for a few years and sit back and watch everybody else work hard for the rest of their lives.
Great book great performance and a great way to read about all possibilities in one place.
Highly recommended.

A Giant & Repetitive Advertisement for his Company
This book is tedious to listen to. I lost count of how many times the author mentioned his own company website and repeated the names of his successful friends.
The only thing I got out of the book is 'leverage' which I already do when I delegate.
The last 20 minutes sum the book up I.e. A 20 minute commercial.

A great book, I'm really getting into Rob's style
As a property investor since 2004 and having listened to his book 'Money', I had to get this book. It was a really good listen and I'd recommenmd it for people who have some experience of investing in property otherwise it may be a little too much too soon. It really opened my eyes to the options out there and love his 70/20/10 approach.

Deja vu
At the beginning of the book, he mentions that this is a more advanced book that you should read after "44 most guarded property secrets" book.
The problem is that half of this book is the same. Some sections are the same word for word.
Not only are there many things repeated from the previous book, many things are repeated multiple times in this book.
I thoroughly enjoyed the previous books, but this one has been a bit of a let down
