I listened to this book. It makes a lot of sense. I stopped over eating last year, by focusing on not over eating one hour and one day at a time. I will become healthier and lose weight with the common sense strategies in this book; one hour and one day at a time.

Really recommended!

A friend recommended to me after her doctor recommended to her. I followed for the 4 weeks, with some deviation, but really enjoyed the diet! Felt great after eating healthy, fresh food with no preservatives and additives, no dairy, only sprouted wheat bread, and no sugar.

Lost weight and didn't feel deprived. I did drink my coffee everyday and went "off diet" a few times with some sweet things. Will try for another month and stick to food list exactly except for coffee.
