I really like this book
I really like this book. the start was a bit slow to interest me but further in it gave very valuable and interesting advice on improving one's self. I'll definitely listen this again and highlight paragraphs that interest me and provides great insight. The writing is easy and clear. I understand the topic better when he summarizes it and puts them along with other studies to form a cogent, holistic understanding of self-discipline. This book definitely worth the price!
