The baller and the babe - friends to lovers perfection
An honest to goodness, feel good, happy go lucky romance told mainly from the hot sexy NFL quarterback’s viewpoint, and guess what? Cooper Armstrong might be a player on the football field but he's definitely not a player when it comes to girls, in fact he's quite the opposite at the moment. He's agreed to keep his snake in his pants for the whole season. Violet Pierson is not only his best friend, she's also his best friend’s sister, his hometown dream girl. When they agree to have a fake relationship that’s guaranteed to benefit both of them, they get more than they bargained for. A completely enjoyable feel good friends to lovers romance with wonderful characters, some sexy moments and a good few laughs. I listened to the audio version second time round, and it had the added bonus of several chapters from Violet’s POV, narrated by non other than Andi Arndt, and you know what that means? Perfect. In addition to a few minutes listening to Andi, we get the added bonus of listening to Zachary Webbers voice for 6 hours. Utter bliss. I loved it.
