Helpful audio book for me.

Excellent book. Real life case studies of productivity experiments and their results are solid. Habits and importance of goal settings, time management are emphasized. It's a handy book to keep and re-read to remind yourself to productive.

Great Guide to Inspire Healthy Habits

Stunning! Just what I needed, and it came to me at the right time! There are a lot of great insights within this audiobook, that prompt you to take a look at your own daily routine and take note of the habits that are counterproductive. It contains section about extending your routine to your family, I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The narrators beautiful voice enhanced the meditation experience and words the phrases are very powerful. Thanks a bunch!

Loved it!

Oh my! This was a pleasant surprise. It contains a lot of hands-on information on how to set up your own morning routine. The narrators voice was so calming, I can see myself listening to this over again several times as I go through my mornings. The meditations at the end were great! Loved the tunes in the background and the words were very encouraging and soothing. I have voluntarily left given this review.

Great advice!

I have to say these include amazing meditations. It does a great job of pulling you right into the present moment. The weekend meditation was my favorite, so enchanting, what a journey. The information presented in the book was helpful. My mornings will now be more mindful.

This is a very neat book. I don’t usually listen to these types, however this provoked me to revaluate a couple of things that could holding me back from living my best. Realistic for Real People?

This book made me wonder if it was realistic for working professionals. It was great to hear the morning routine of so many people and I am finally at the point where my "dictators" don't require as much attention, but in order for me to add any more to my own morning routine besides meditation and journalism, my wake up time would be before 5 AM. I believe this book shows the ppwer of routine, but I feel like people working jobs that are still measured by time versus competency don't have flexibility to rise at 8-8:30 AM.
