Things went wrong for Alvin and April Blue. Definitely one of Andersen Pruntys better works. Morning is dead has a interesting plot set in a "alternate" world of infinite night time. Everything is flipped on its head with all sorts of strange goings on.

The story itself is solid however it does feel a bit bare. The narration is also pretty solid. Prunty does a good job of bringing this strange world to life.
