Summary
Agent Franks of the U.S. Monster Control Bureau is a man of many parts - parts from other people, that is. Franks is nearly seven feet tall and all muscle. He's nearly indestructible. Plus he’s animated by a powerful alchemical substance and inhabited by a super-intelligent spirit more ancient than humanity itself. Good thing he’s on our side. More or less.
Sworn to serve and protect the United States of America from all monsters by one of the country’s founding fathers, Franks has only one condition to the agreement: no matter what the government learns of him, no matter what is discovered concerning his odd physiology or the alchemy behind the elixir that made him, the government is never, ever allowed to try and make more like him. Such is absolutely forbidden and should the powers-that-be do so, then the agreement is null and void.
Project Nemesis: in a secret location, using sophisticated technology and advanced genetic engineering, the director of the very agency Franks works for is making more like him. And the director is not content with making one. Nope, he’s making thirteen.Now all bets are off, and Hell hath no fury like a monster betrayed. Particularly if that monster happens to be an undying killing machine capable of taking out vampires and werewolves with one hand tied behind his back.

It's All About Franks!!
The fifth book in the Monster Hunter International series and like Monster Hunter Alpha, we step away from the main group and focus on one character, Agent Franks of the MCB. A goverment employed monster who for centuries has fought to protect the human race from other monsters.
Each chapter begins with Franks explaining at bit more of his origins, the book itself tells you all about the deal he made to live in this world and the Contract he made with the US goverment not to try to reproduce him.
That Contract is broken by Special Task Force Unicorn (STFU) a shady part of the goverment and Franks and a band of loyal MCB agents have to save the World from the consequences of the breach with the help of some familiar faces.
As with all the Larry Correia books i've read, there is lots of action, funny one liners, and all the gun details in the world.

A great Thriller to kick back and relax to
I liked this story for A. Mother F"""ing Agent Frank. B. It's smooth and easy to follow. C. It's got a nice coating of action and humor. And lastly, it's about AGENT FRANK!

Frankenstein’s monster vs the Terminator
I’ve honestly been curious over Franks for a while and this chapter of the series was awesome. The last book that diverged from Owen I was a little uncomfortable with at first but really got into it after. This I was excited from the beginning. The twists and turns, learning about Nemesis and almost, almost giving Franks a little humanity, made this a worthwhile tale. It’s got the usual gore, it’s got the antiestablishment part which seems to be a trait in this series but actually gives reason behind the government and their officials which was unexpected. Honestly I’d have rated this without needing to know the story of MHI but this was once again a joyous audiobook that I do not regret purchasing.

Great book but.....
Love the MHI series but am getting very fed up with the political bashing. So you don't like the current administration, we get it. Please move on and get back to the story.
I love these books because they are an easy listen with a fun and paced story.
Just getting very fed up with the authors political views being rammed down your throats.
