Summary

Why gain control of just your emotions when you can take back control of your life?

Have you ever noticed that you tend to respond in certain ways to negative emotions? Maybe, you lash out when you get cut off in traffic, or you snap at your family after a rough day at work. Noticing your patterns can be frustrating, and maybe, you don’t know where to start to change them.

An inability to manage your emotions might be holding you back from living the life of your dreams. If you want to learn how mindfulness can help you gain emotional intelligence, be more successful, and have a happier life, keep reading...

We’ve all heard of the power of mindfulness, but you thought this practice was reserved for the yogis and hippies of the world. What if I told you that even the most skeptical, analytical, left-brained thinkers can access mindfulness? In less than three months, you can discover how to use mindfulness to change your negative patterns and stop holding yourself back in life!

Inside Modern Mindfulness, you’ll discover:

  • Scientific evidence backed by doctors and psychologists to support mindfulness practice and how to apply it to your own circumstances.
  • Over 60 mindfulness activities to help you switch out of autopilot and into a more enjoyable way of life.
  • The unbreakable connection between emotional intelligence and mindfulness and how you can use that to your advantage.
  • Steps to stop holding yourself back emotionally.

  • Methods to move out of stress and into a more relaxed mind-set.
  • Ways to apply mindfulness and emotional intelligence skills at work, in relationships, at home, and in any other areas of life you wish to improve.
  • And much more...

Most people are curious about mindfulness but believe it is too "out there" for them. There will always be the excuses of not having enough time, being too stressed, not being a spiritual person, or not believing you can ever truly change. The truth is, these excuses are easy for anyone to make, but they all boil down to self-imposed limitation.

The mind is a tool. We, each, make a daily choice to use it to achieve great things or allow it to hold us back. You may even be allowing your mind to hold you back on the decision to explore mindfulness right now!

Mindfulness is not only used for spiritual practice; you can use it to be more patient when waiting in traffic, check in on your emotions during a heated discussion, or calm your stress levels before a big presentation. We all deal with stress in life, so why not learn how handle these situations better so that you can enjoy the good stuff more fully?

If you’re ready to push through your skepticism, gain control of your emotions, and shift negative patterns into positive habits, then scroll up and click the “buy now” button right away!

Got great instruction

This is the first book I listened on meditation and it changed my life. It's beautifully written with stunning clarity, and it has easy-to-follow instructions on how to begin meditating, progress, and integrate self-awareness into your life. I've bought several copies for friends and family, and I imagine I will give out many more in my days ahead.

Wonderful audiobook

This is really a wonderful book which will be of tremendous help to anyone who practices meditation. With great simplicity and love, Author shows as that with practice and perseverance anyone can turn most of one's daily life activities into meditation, therefore improving your sitting meditation sessions as well. Washing the dishes mindfully, eating mindfully, and therefore living mindfully is truly a miracle and an act of Love! This is the miracle of Zen and its simplicity.

Lots of wisdom contained

Here the author talks you through basic and complex meditations as well as explained them. Unlike other books that talk about the meditations, here they are. At the end of the book the author has put a lot of meditation with each one being labeled for use when you need it. I recommend this book just for these meditations along with the wisdom contained with it.

Great listen

This book is something I need to listen and re-listen once in a while to get myself back to the basic. Now I realize that if I cannot live a basic life I cannot truly live a life. It took a while for me to know that this book is telling me something fundamental to all humans.

Great explanation

This is a clearly written book and makes it easy to understand the benefits and joys of being mindful and meditation. I've always been weary of books talking about this stuff as often times it's fluffy and hard to understand.

Very insightful

I found the book very insightful. The beauty I would really love to appreciate in this book is the explanation of complex concepts in a very simplistic way.

Well explained

Beautifully explained, short book. I’ve listened it twice since purchasing a couple weeks ago, I needed to listen it twice to really absorb and assimilate the content on mindfulness in everyday life. Beautifully explained this is a book that I will keep returning to and integrating into life it helps you see life where you are and what abundance you already have.
