Motivational and Enjoyable

Good humour throughout. I have never fancied doing a marathon but if you do want to do one then I can't imagine any better advice. This also shows how valuable it is to have support and discussion about any challenge you may have.

Brilliant podcast - inspiring and motivational

George Lamb hosts this brilliantly with informative and motivational chats with Mo and Joe. The short light-hearted interviews with athletes, fundraisers, experts and volunteers give a well-rounded picture of all aspects of running a marathon. I've never run a marathon myself but feel completely inspired to do one now!

Easy listen that's great on runs!

It's an enjoyable listen that stays varied by focusing on different themes and guests on a weekly basis. It's great on a run as you're naturally already thinking about running so is a relevant distraction, but have listened to a couple on the tube as well and it was still informative. Hearing George panting gives you a bit of confidence too!
