Changed my life and helped me get through

The 5 principles in this book are what I now center my ego around. I was once a super confident guy that fell to pieces when my girlfriend of 4 years left me. I valued all the wrong things and had no meaning. This book was everything I needed to hear and has jump started my recovery process and self-love. A MUST READ .

Life Changing Book!

I am 19 that’s driven by material things and are in circles of bad relationships. After this book I slowly start implementing in my life and I am 1 month in and my life is getting better. I am currently in college for nursing. I love to be a nurse and that’s what I’m passionate about. But I also have a lot of other passions and this book help me find those. I also am currently fixing my diet, I have been hitting the gym for 3-4 years now but only started focusing on diet after this book. Thank you for this knowledge, I’ll give an update in a year

A Life-changing View of Minimalism

I wasn’t prepared for the way minimalism was portrayed in this book. But, I was impressed with the authors’ views. It was obvious they live it.

Perfect bundle

This is as good as it gets. Very uplifted by the closure of this. It took time to listen the whole book ,but it is well spoken .Big ideas here. I recommend it to anyone looking to improve their life, however messy it is. This will certainly be of use to you. I wanted to walk on the treadmill toward the end. I wanted to cut the strings carrying me through the day so I could just focus on changing the pattern to something more healthy or real. I felt true motivation listening this.

Fantastic!

This is such a good time of year to listen this book. listening this book has helped me to begin this journey of decluttering with a hope to not be in this position again. This is written by someone who had to find a way out of the clutter she had created or buy a bigger house and she chose to begin to declutter. I like how she moves from room to room in decluttering process.

Great concept

This book is about so much more than overcoming clutter. It is about unstuffing your whole life. Yet the author makes a great point when she describes how people can hang onto items through guilt after the loss of a loved one. It can make people feel guilty to get rid of an item that belonged to their dearly departed loved one. She stresses the point that we should treasure memories not things.Great concept telling book.

Very refreshing!

I can't thank author enough for this book. Her honest, and humble way of spoken is refreshing. I very much appreciate her walk with God. She didn't hold back and is right on. Our lives are meaningless without God. His love and Grace has no bounds. He ask so little of us. He won't turn anyone away that wants to accept Him as their personal Savior. He will "declutter" all our sins. I thank God for let me listen to this book.Author touch on every aspect of our lives,

I HIGHLY recommend this book. It helped me look at many things from a different perspective, especially items I have kept for years out of guilt because someone gave it to me!! I recommend this book to everyone close to me.

Very refreshing

This is my first book by this author. I love her spoken style. Couldn’t put it down! I’ve listened lots of books on organizing and decluttering. She not only addresses those issues but also the heart issues behind this. Looks at our homes, calendars, lives, souls. Very refreshing, uplifting, and hope-giving. Practical everyday advice and a weekend boot camp-style to get you kicked into high gear. This book is staying on my shelf and not getting donated after I heard it, as I do with most books.
