Fantastic summary of Jamie Alderton’s Teachings

Having followed Jay for a long time on socials I wondered if this may have just been a compendium of things I’d already gleaned from his existing content but I was pleased to find some new nuggets of information and models for executing some new strategies into my daily life. Lots of fantastic parallels to other titles I’ve recently listened to so I’m going in the right direction! Nice work Jay.

Great listen

I smashed through this twice in one day. Very good information here to help all beginners, or even experienced coaches or clients who have been struggling.

Definitely a must read!

I️ came across Jamie’s Instagram a few weeks ago. Watched a few of his story’s on there. Last night November 22nd he posted on his story “have you read my book” I️ looked it up and listen to the sample audiobook and decided to buy I️t. Less than a day later I finished I️t. I️ plan to listen to I️t a few more times. I️t was a great book and I️ could relate to just about everything in it. I️ highly recommend I️t!
