Horrendous narration

Although the message and techniques in this book are good, I would highly recommend avoiding the audible version as the narrator constantly sounds like he's advertising insurance sales. I found the narration so bad that it distracted me from the actual content of the book. However it did inspire me to look at audible narration opportunities 😉

easy to listen to and to separate the chapters to review what you need from it that day, I've read about 4 times so far to get what I need to focus on.

the reader spoke too fast

Great information in the book. However i found the speach too fast and it did not accentuate the points.

Positive Thinking

This book made me think positive right from the begining. Even if a negative thought come up positiveness came over it. Can't wait to do these exercises daily and see these life changing results.

Eye opening material

I am struggling with negative thoughts and doubts about my career and relationship. This audible book has opened my eyes and I am putting to practice the exercises to regroup myself back to the positive upbeat person I am known to be but my mind never allowed. Thanks for creating simple applaudable exercises to even the most negative person to follow. Much appreciation to the author and the narrator for bringing this book to life

Not helpful content

Maybe I am not the person for this book. The narrator sounds like your annoying uncle Ralph that likes to hear himself talk while telling you you common sense information that only truly developmentally and emotionally are unaware of. Sorry if the author finds this harsh. I’m sad I wasted a credit on this book...
...but happy I did not spend my hard earned cash. Note to self always download a sample.
