Enjoyable listen

This was my introduction to mindfulness and what and enjoyable and comprehensive experience it was. I'm so glad I listened to this in its entirety. I'm sure I will listen to it again and have already incorporated meditation into my daily routine.

love it!

Mindfulness for Beginners: I wanted to try a different approach to practicing mindfulness. The begins with mindfulness of the various parts of the body, then moves on to visual practice with the spaces around the body. Then, remembering a song. Each step is a meditation on its own. Just started the audiobook, but so far, so good. No exhortations to do this or that, just a suggestion to try it.

parfect audiobook

The Chavan tells us how to quiet our minds, having moment-to-moment awareness, and choosing the thoughts we wish to think. Mindlessness is the opposite of mindfulness. very Well audiobook

Mindfulness for Beginners was excellent! Due to negative past experiences and failures we tend to live in the past and dread the future. As such we neglect to live in the "NOW". Learning how to that gives one absolute mental clarity and way to truly enjoy living. The techniques described are easy to follow! And the stress free smoothies are an added bonus not to mention a delicious one. Well !!

really very nice audiobook

I tend to feel that in today's day and age the norm is to rush everything, work, school, home every aspect of my live. The audiobook helps me to capture the essence of mindfulness. How to make time to embrace the here and now. To be in very moment and to find happiness and control of your life is not easy but is possible. Recommended !!

This audiobook has been very helpful for me. It was recommended by my therapist and definitely gives great advice on how to live in the moment. I ended up audiobook that pertained more to me, and you don't have to the audiobook in the order it's. You can go to any chapter that pertains most to you.

excllent audiobook

I have no experience with meditation and lead a very busy life. So for me Mindfulness for Beginners is a great introduction into the wonderful world of mindfulness, awareness and attention and to learn its basics with really helpful tipps to train your brain in your everyday life. Her enthusiasm for the importance of mindfulness is infectious and inspiring throughout. Especially the tips for work and business are very useful. I am so happy to find this audiobook .
