lot of good info

I’ve noticed a lot of change in my outlook on life after listening to this audiobook. I’m much more relaxed and present in most of my moments. Even when I get stressed or anxious, I’m able to recover myself using the tips and with this mindful lifestyle. That’s just one of the useful things I learned from this audiobook.

I found the 10 techniques the most useful for me and my children. I’ve started training them with the bell method to become more focused and centered. I can see that it’s helping them a lot. This is great. Excellent book!

Easy and helpful.

Easy and helpful. Just finished listening to it although I got it a week back. It’s honestly very simple but don’t know why so many get confused. My suggestion - listen to this audiobook once without distractions. Most of the material will be absorbed by your brain but you have to practice it regularly to create lasting changes

good luck

I feel like I have a little bit of ADD because of all the gaming and social-media.So I wanted to repair my mind and get focused. This book was really helpful for that. The “present moment” is an anchor that lets you become focused and present. This is what buddhists and meditators do. They use their “breath” as the anchor. So much knowledge nuggets inside this book that I was really impressed. Planning to gift my brother and also use the techniques for the longrun. Good luck!
