Helpful and Extremely Clear!

This book is especially nice on audible because all the meditations are at the end. I am glad I invested in this. It's something that I will go back to for a long time.

Mindfulness Bible

A great and simple practice for cultivating the awareness that is who you already are. A crisp, clean description of the practice and beautiful guided meditations that focus on objects and simple pure awareness. It really reminded me that the point of meditation is to recognize the pure awareness and to just be that fully and compassionately.

This is a helpful guide

This is a helpful guide for the beginner in mindfulness meditation (for pain relief purposes). It lays out the principles of meditation and and shows the listener how to do it. However, I expected a longer book with more guided meditations. There are only about four meditations in this book. I understand that meditation is about applying the same principles over again and again, and one can meditate without guidance, but maybe a few more guided meditations would be helpful for a beginner.

This is an incredible book about meditation in general and a new way of seeing the world as it is not as a construction of your self. I recommend this listen to everyone who is like me always anxious for no reason, like the world is about to end at any instant.

Awesome Book

I found this to be an effective way to practice mindfulness. The techniques left me relaxed and in the moment. There are many meditations so you can't go wrong. Was recommended to me by a coworker. She was right that it would help with stress relief.

Everyone should listen to this audiobook.

Easy to follow
