Extraordinary stories, excellent advice

The audiobook is why I’m writing this, though. Hearing Ash narrate his own story adds a warmth and weight that the page doesn’t quite capture. It genuinely feels like having a good mate in your ear, keeping you honest.
Cheaper than therapy, too.
Whether you’ve been through a lot or just need a nudge to look after yourself a bit better, this is well worth your time.
