Summary

Losing weight isn't just about your body. It’s also about your mind. More often than not, we approach our fitness goals with the wrong mindset and still expect a good outcome. Because of this wrong mindset about weight loss, when the diets and exercises we follow don't work, we become frustrated with ourselves.

This book contains things anyone should know before starting their weight-loss journey, how to plan your routines perfectly and prepare your mindset. This book is suitable for both men and women of all ages.

Let’s have a look at each chapter.

Chapter one of this book is dedicated for how the wrong mindset lead us to gain weight and how it’s affecting us.

Chapter two explains mental blocks to weight loss. It is important to know common mental blocks, and it will help you to overcome those blocks.

Chapter three is about extreme diets and side effects.

Chapter four is about weight-loss medicine and supplements.

Chapter five is the most important part of this book. It explains the psychological hacks and mind tricks for weight loss, such as fool-your-eyes method and taste buds, division and proportions, junk-food planning, and craving distraction. Mental tricks can help you lose weight and avoid gaining weight.

Chapter six is about healthy eating habits you can adapt to help you lose weight.

Weight-loss hypnosis is the last chapter of this book. It contains over 150 weight-loss affirmations for both men and women, covering all necessary aspects such as nutrition, workout, and overall health.

Awful

Terrible cod-psychology and misinformation. According to this, protein is now called proteon, and we have antibiotics in our gut not probiotics. Not up to date medical information and thinking.
