Great and Solid AUDIObook from a solid thinker. The author did a great job aggregating world-class information into one resource. Really slow start, stick with it. Highly recommended!!! I love this book. ,

I love this book. After listening to the older book, I was even more interested in the connection of quantum physics and the universe. Jennifer Ferguson does a great job of explaining many things that can get lost in the quantum physics language. This book has become a book of reference for me.

Scientifically Oriented and Spiritually Satisfying

This is one of the most helpful personal development books I have listened to. I like Jennifer Fergusonwork, especially in the domain of healing and well-being. This book is not as focused on healing. It is most helpful with regard to optimizing thoughts that positively influence ways of being and self-awareness. .

Great way to look at time-honored truths. Sometimes we need to be told things in a new way before they click. Good use of humor and modern references to illustrate hard to visualize concepts. I am not a computer geek but the author does an excellent job of making his references clear. Learned a little bit about computers and a lot about myself.

I love this book

Wow.. I love this book....I am not even finished with it yet, but I am soaking up what Jennifer Ferguson says like a sponge. For those of you, like me, that want to know "how" to properly meditate and attract what You really want into your life.....this is the book! We are more amazing than any of us realize.

must read

I've spent most of my last few months drowning a negative thoughts. this is the first book that I have read in an entire day... I guess I should say listen to. I have read books that are similar but never offered as many daily practices for alternatives to changing daily routines and mindfulness but also forgiveness and acceptance of failure. I appreciated the style of writing and use of brief examples rather than what most other authors have done... use personal experiences which end up being most of the book and less on strategies. i feel this is the tool I needed to get started in a positive direction with some guidance. now... off to put the tools to work!

Really helpful tips for positive changes

I am looking forward to re-listening this, collecting notes, and implementation it. And we'll see where this takes my family and me. The simple instructions are supported by numerous studies and real-life examples. He deconstructs a concept that has always remained elusive to most humans. Building your mind to match your goals

I found this book very useful. I have put various of the recommendations into practice. This was a fresh approach to present traditional ideas presented by people like we already know. It appeared to make the concepts click better.

This is absolutely the best one.

This guidebook all about stoicism and how we can implement this theology into our own life. From this book, we can know the basics of stoicism, the history that comes with stoicism and how they use this ideology to help improve so much of your modern life. This book takes a unique perspective on the mind and how to help it become more effective. Too simple however it gives us a great understanding. This book causes me to profoundly make a few information investigations effectively. This is absolutely the best one.

Everyone should listen to this book!

When I listen to the title to this book I instantly knew I needed to listen it. I have so much mental clutter that I often have trouble falling asleep and can't keep my mind focused on current tasks. The book recommends listen it one time through and then go back and determine what actions you want to take to improve your mental clutter. I have already started with the breathing exercises and I believe that has helped already. Everyone should listen to this book!

Turned my life around

I found his book helped me turn my life around. I really liked that I was able to use his tips to try things out without having to go through all of the trial and error myself. It’s easy to listen and really helpful and best of all its audio by someone who has gone through what many of us struggle with day to day. Highly recommended.

A sound mind in a sound body!

There is a lot of information available on each topic covered but this book brings all of them together in an understandable way. Really enjoyed listening this. Lots of great info.
