This book can help you change your mind and your life. Sean Webb has brought together a wealth of scientific understanding of how we work and the wisdom of the ages to formulate a method for directly influencing happiness and well being. Life changing!!!!

This book is incredible!
I found this book because of a podcast that I heard where Sean Webb was being interviewed. I’ve been wanting to read a book that would explain how my mind works and I’m so glad I found this. I’m definitely going to read it over and over to make sure I can effectively pass on this knowledge to everyone I know because it’s changed the way I see everything and I feel like I now understand the “why” behind every crazy thing that happens in this world.
This book is a must read for all.
If you find swearing offensive, just promise me you’ll get through the first few chapters to the mind hacks, so that you can hack your offence and get over it, because it will be well worth it.

About every 9th word was a cuss word

Frequent and constant cussing throughout ... it turned what could be a good book into a trash book. Apparently This book addressed a certain audience that does not include me.

not much new but that's the point

there isn't much new in this book, but that's the point. the teaching have been around for thousands of years, but the way the author presents them makes it an easy and enjoyable read. it's also practical and meaningful in the context of the 21st century. well done.

An important, life changing book

Mind Hacking Happiness is one of those rare gifts that come into one’s life and change everything. The content of this book is revolutionary and yet simple. It introduces the reader to new concepts while reminding us of ancient wisdoms - wisdoms we heard through whatever faith we practiced or perhaps from an older mentor.
Sean Webb, is wonderfully committed to delivering the book’s insights in honest, direct and straightforward language. He also makes great use of personal stories and anecdotes to bring all of the book’s tools to life, making them truly accessible.
If you’ve ever wished that you could change the way you think and act, especially right after you’ve put your foot into a big messy pile of “stuff,” then please read and or listen to Mind Hacking Happiness.

Astounding Book - Incredible Results!!

Prior to reading & applying Webb's ground breaking material I was a hot mess! I had struggled with alcohol addiction for several years, was at my therapist's office weekly and was taking prescription medication for depression. My husband had turned me on to Webb's podcast a year and a half ago, and I was blown away with his extraordinary, yet simple approach to controlling our minds. With the motivation I received from reading Webb's book, I checked my self into rehab on November the 2nd, 2016. Exactly a year later, not only have I been clean for 12 months, I no longer require prescription drugs for depression, and best yet I stopped my weekly counseling sessions because I literally ran out of topics to discuss with my therapist. Webb's book helps me to resolve issues in real-time, with swift solutions to everyday problems. Good-Bye therapist couch! I have shared this book with dozens of my friends that I met in rehab and they are getting excellent results also in learning how to control their emotions and mind. A direct quote from one of my friends after I gave her a copy of Webb's book was "This is brilliant! What did I do before I had this information?"
