I have read/listened to a lot of books on happiness, the brain, self discovery, self improvement etc and none of them explain it as well as this one. I have never left a review for anything online and I’m 39 so that says a lot. I literally tell everyone I come in contact with to read this book! I feel if everyone did this world would be an amazing place. On to volume 2, can’t wait!!

This book could change your life. I cried multiple times I was so moved by the personal stories in this book and also had full body visceral reactions to some of the science shared within this book. In the top 5 of the most important books I've read. Download it, listen to it, start to "name and tame" your emotions and then download the Monroe Institutes app which uses Binaural frequencies to help you meditate. Then, get Part II to really knock your socks off.............
