This is a very interesting audio book.

This book straight to the point on those methods

I love it and following this audiobook. Thanks for the Creator. Great listen to for my teenage athlete. Every young athlete should listen to it. If you are new in this way so this guide will give you perfect audiobook.

I like it very much.

This is one of the best self-help books I've ever read. The book is well-written, its contents are like treasures that can be cherished and shared to anybody. The knowledge or wisdom that this book contains can be applied in all sorts of life.

Painful, wandering and pointless

There are a few worthwhile tips in this book but not worth the time to get to them.

Let me summarize and save you time:
Learn to speed read
Exercise makes your brain more effective
The Mozart effect is true
Focus on your Muscles working while
Working out

That’s it. Book done.


Shameful really. You will have already learned likely 90% of what is covered here. It’s like a collection of tips that may have been helpful 30 years ago.

The reader also doesn’t captivate or sell the material.

Numerous Ideas and Ways of Thinking

Covers a wide range of concepts that will improve situations throughout your everyday life. It will help you gain a broader view and allow you to improve upon that.
Even for a 10hr audio book I went quickly through it. I occasionally would day dream off about other topics, I think because sometimes the book rambles or over explains ideas.

all in all im glad I listened to it and may come back to it for certain chapters

Very Good Book

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. it provided a lot of many fabulous insights like how positive attitudes can be a tremendous influence on a person and a world. The narration was in a fairly strong accent which wasn't ideal but I do like that it was narrated by one of the authors of the book.
