This is quite helpful for me.

I would recommend this book to anyone in athletics. I play the game of golf, and it will absolutely help me improve my game. The tools explained in this book has already made a difference in my mental game and helped me replace negative self talk with positive affirmations during rough parts of my round.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Mind Gym?

A very good book and quite helpful. You will find a lot of great ideas and tips that will help be mind and body ready. Great guide on keeping you truly healthy.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I've listen a fair few sports psychology books in the past and found this one to cover a big range of topics but with out too much depth.

I loved this book. Often I can be fearful as I go about life. Fear is often the thing that can hold us back. In this short, to-the-point read, “Mind Gym” sets out to help you push past your limitations and mentally be your best. If you live in fear, you definitely want to consider buying this books.

Yes i enjoyed very addicting content that's hard to put down

What other book might you compare Mind Gym to and why?

Cool premise, good contextual examples, but not a mind-blowing theme. I was hoping that the book would delve deeper into the science of the matter and less of the surface-level topics

By reading this book, i was able to learn how to get stronger mentally to perform our best.It teaches how to take principles and apply them to our every day life.and also this book shows us How to overcome fears, how to boost our confidence, How to turn weaknesses into strengths, How to believe in our dreams, and How to make our lives even better and may useful inspiring information on our improvement. Great inspiring book.

I loved this book

Wow! I love this book! I'm a distance runner and really struggle to perform at the level I am capable of during races. This has helped a lot and given me numerous tools for mental toughness when training sucks and the pain and discomfort creep in during races. This is a well-written book, it's also easy to read and the tips and techniques are really great and easy to follow. Definitely recommended!
