This audio book reminds us how integral our mind is to our bodies and that you do need to look after it the same way. Listening to this has reminded me to be more aware of things in my every day life, which gets lost sometimes. I would recommend this to anyone who is going through a challenging time mentally as well as physically. Written and narrated really well.

what a fab short book that's packed full of important information and reminders for everyday life. very practical, down to earth, with examples drawn from real situations. easy to follow, easy to listen to. lots of thought provoking ideas to challenge your mind. I'll definitely be listening to it again. one to keep in everyone's library for quick reference.

We all have a mind. For me it’s the most precious thing I own; it stores my memories, how I have learnt to use it creates my personality. It’s taken me to some dark places, but similarly places of pure magic. It’s amazing!!!

So why…. (And I am most definitely guilty of this daily) do we take it for granted and fail to adopt the most simplest yet affective strategies to maintain a healthy, happy you.

Mind Does Matter is a wonderfully accessible book for all, wether you are looking for an introduction to self awareness and mindfulness strategies or a refresher to those more experienced. Ideal for helping you focus yourself on what you need and how to achieve it.

I would highly recommend to all as an essential tool in maintaining good mental health strategies.
