Love This Military Romance Collection 😀

This is a nice collection of 7 Military Romances. Each story has an engaging romance with believable stories and very good narration. I appreciate the authentic military situations that tug at the heart and mind. This is a long collection (43 hrs) so you definitely get a lot of bang for your buck. Very enjoyable! 💙

I was given a free review copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. My thanks to the author for this opportunity. 🌟

Many hours

This is a good collection if you want to pass many hours using just one credit. The writing of the first couple of books was choppy and needed more editing. The narration made the need more pronounced. In Saving Sarah, the writing had improved greatly and I was looking forward to listening about a woman's struggle to become an astronaut. Quickly though, I began to expect cheesy porn music to start playing any second. In another book the main love interest, instead of wearing his dress uniform to a funeral, wore his "colonel outfit". I guess I'm being picky, but that one hit a nerve. It was clear that the author needed someone to read their work and be honest about the writing before being published. All the books ended in an hea.

I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.

Many stories in ONE!

I liked that we get a variety of stories.
They are not too in-depth so you can just enjoy a good romance and some steamy sexy times.
I guess I just liked that the stories were short and sweet and you can just fall in love with love.
I liked the narration I think Theresa tone and the pace was just right and I would totally listen to her again.

*You don't have to like my review but its 100% my opinion, and I am allowed to have it.*

Romance for the military

If you could sum up Military Romance Collection in three words, what would they be?

exciting romantic enticing.

Have you listened to any of Theresa Stephens’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

no

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

2nd chance for dreams to come true.

Any additional comments?

Didn't finish

For some reason, I just couldn't place the narrator's voice to the characters. It made it difficult to enjoy. I guess it's kind of like casting movie characters for me... I received a copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion.

Military Romance Bonanza!

I love a military romance story and this collection has seven! That’s over 40 hours of romance goodness. Some stories are more engaging than others, but they are all written well and entertaining. I wish the author Kathleen Hope would have done a bit more research. As an ex-military member and wife some glaring mistakes took me out of the story. If you’re not well versed in the military and ranking these issues will probably go over the average romance reader's head and not detract from the enjoyment of this massive audiobook.

All the stories are read by narrator Theresa Stephens and I thought she did a great job on this fully-voiced production. Each character had their own distinct voice and the audio quality was good as well.

This audiobook was given to me at no cost in exchange for an unbiased review, thanks, Audiobook Boom!

Lots of Love in Various Uniforms

"I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review."

I really enjoyed these stories - they were all similar in a way that showed that the author has a distinct writing style and obviously had thematic similarities (because they're all military romances), but they were also very different from each other. I didn't like the narrators voice at first, but found that I enjoyed it more when I listened at 1.25 speed. I thought that I might get bored listening to over 40 hours of the same genre from the same author, but I really did enjoy it from beginning to end. It's definitely well worth a credit!

Great Collection

This is such good value, I admit I have only listened to some of these stories but what I have listened to I have really enjoyed there are over 43 hours worth of listening in this collection. This author is new to me but I really like her down to earth writing style. The narration is very well done to. If you like books about military personnel, their ups and downs give this collection a try.

My Soldier Boy the first story in the book is very moving it deals with what happens when someone is injured badly and suffers from the stress of it. Our hero wins a medal saving the lives of some of his comrades but is not able to save two of them. In the course of this he is badly burned. He returns home to find his wife has divorced him and won't let him see his child. He meets a lovely lady, Regan, but is he willing to try again? All the characters in this particular story were very well defined, some you will love, some you will not!

I was given a free copy of this book but am voluntarily writing this review.
