knowledge is power

this book explained a lot, my husband is going through a few of these symptoms. acting out of his normal towards our kids and grandkids. this book explained that and the way it happens and tips on ways to handle it. Thank you so much for writing this book..

Awful

This didn't answer ANY of the questions I have about a midlife crisis. It just told you kind of what it is in general and how men and women differ in personalities.
