EASIER TO FOLLOW...

This book is the same theory as her other, but takes it up a notch for more rapid weight loss in a shorter amount of time. There are only two phases which make it easier to shop and cook for. There is a food list and easy formula to make your own recipes and it works with her shakes to make the diet even easier.

Works as expected

I've struggled with diets for a while, but I'd heard about Metabolism Plan Diets for a while, so I thought I'd check it out. I picked up this book, and found it both informative as well as enjoyable. It describes the process and science behind Metabolism Plan, and has recipes that I actually would like to try. Normally if the word "diet" is on a book, the food looks like rabbit snacks.

Freddie Masterson's terrific book.

Excellent book from Freddie Masterson (the fabulous author). A must for those who lived through this conflict and want a better understanding of Metabolism Plan.

Recipes are Delightful and Low Carb.

I love that this book includes a Metabolism Plan with low-carb version of common meal items like mashed potatoes (cauliflower) and bread. I look forward to trying the bread recipe and I'm already enjoying the mayonnaise. Ketchup will be next!

The Perfect Recipe book on Metabolism.

This Metabolism Plan diet book is just what I was looking for! I wanted something easy to use that - most importantly - provided nutritional information. Since I'm relatively new to Metabolism Plan dieting, I especially loved the description of the many odd ingredients that are unique to this diet. It's helping me learn to swap out carbs for better stuff.

I liked the way this book is put together. The Metabolism Plan is absolutely great to follow and very effective. The book has a lot of great information and recipes.

Absolutely love this audiobook.

This is a basic audiobook on cleaning up your diet and creating an exercise plan to go with that. Very standard, conventional wisdom type of health information in the front that I'm not sure of the scientific merit of on some of it. Followed by exercise plans and recipes. There are no demonstrations of the exercises and very limited photos of the recipes. I picked up a couple new recipe ideas from it.

Audiobook is fairly easy to follow.

Arrived timely. audiobook is fairly easy to follow. I have resorted to turning down cornered for quick reference but all in all it is easy to follow. I have lost 8 pound since ordering a month ago. Plan makes sense for those battling thyroid issues.

I got a great idea and follow

I got a great idea about how to heal my body, how to be more patient in the process of losing weight. The plan solved the mystery of food and weight for me.
