EASIER TO FOLLOW...

This book is the same theory as her other, but takes it up a notch for more rapid weight loss in a shorter amount of time. There are only two phases which make it easier to shop and cook for. There is a food list and easy formula to make your own recipes and it works with her shakes to make the diet even easier.

Works as expected

I've struggled with diets for a while, but I'd heard about Metabolism Plan Diets for a while, so I thought I'd check it out. I picked up this book, and found it both informative as well as enjoyable. It describes the process and science behind Metabolism Plan, and has recipes that I actually would like to try. Normally if the word "diet" is on a book, the food looks like rabbit snacks.

Freddie Masterson's terrific book.

Excellent book from Freddie Masterson (the fabulous author). A must for those who lived through this conflict and want a better understanding of Metabolism Plan.

Recipes are Delightful and Low Carb.

I love that this book includes a Metabolism Plan with low-carb version of common meal items like mashed potatoes (cauliflower) and bread. I look forward to trying the bread recipe and I'm already enjoying the mayonnaise. Ketchup will be next!

The Perfect Recipe book on Metabolism.

This Metabolism Plan diet book is just what I was looking for! I wanted something easy to use that - most importantly - provided nutritional information. Since I'm relatively new to Metabolism Plan dieting, I especially loved the description of the many odd ingredients that are unique to this diet. It's helping me learn to swap out carbs for better stuff.

This book is superb and so helpful too.

A cookbook that makes it so easy to stay on track with Metabolism Plan, with so many fabulous meals. Take a sneak peak at some photos of a few recipes here.The result was the Metabolism Plan diet, which is high in fruits and vegetables and contains some lean protein sources like chicken, fish and beans. The diet is low in red meat, salt, added sugars and fat.

This book is mind blowing.

It just blow my mind away. The authors effort highly reflected in every portion of it. Before reading this one i thought it was an average book but after reading this now i can say that its an extraordinary one. Just fall in love with this book.

Indeed a best guide, a must try.

First of all I would like to thanks the author, Freddie Masterson. He did a fantastic job as he researched the topic very well. But the plan he is given is the master plan for us to follow.

A little to much. Not what I expected.

Interesting plan.

I finished the entire audible and found it interesting, but it was a bit on other side but offered some insights that I'll test. The given plan is not that easy it can be divert into some easy steps as well.

This is a terrific book...

I like the conversational manner in which it was written. Sara adds her own humor and insights into her personal journey to better health. In addition to providing a solid plan to follow, reading this book with give you lots of valuable nutritional information, whether you follow the plan or not. Great information on the foods to avoid as well as healthy choices to follow. Well researched and written. I would strongly recommend.

A must read to know about Metabolism.

The book was life-changing, by talking about supplements you need as well as breaking through the "eat more fresh fruits and vegetables" myth, which doesn't work for everybody. It seems like sensible advice that anyone can follow, and the results were extraordinary. The book is definitely worth a read, no matter how you want to nourish yourself.
