great book that does what the title says

an easy listen that focuses on mindfiulness. it has helped me remain mindful and start to do things that i have put off for a long time. Jacko is great at breaking things down

Wow a great book

Wow a great book. It has motivated me to make steps in improving myself. After I finished listening I went for a long walk and thought about my goals. I sat down and wrote an action. Do yourself a favor and listen to this book.
