Good book gives you the basics of dbt. Easy to read doesn't have much professional language. Very useful and interactive work

This is a very good book, it has the basics and a little more. It has structure and follows it step by step... I think it’s good for people wit BPD and also for psychologists and Psychotherapists.

Of all the books I have listen about BPD this is by far the best. Explain perfectly BPD and then give useful techniques that help feeling better and copping with this.
