Clear and concise.

This book is about the methods of memorizing everything effectively. The way the information flows actually helps me somewhat memorize the key points after the first listen.

Quick. Easy and Straight to the Point

The author writes in a very casual style that reminds me of a best friend sitting with you and giving advice. I've read many other self-help books and I didn't find many new ideas, however, what sets this apart is how the author makes it easy to understand the information and take action.

Great Book

The book was great. It's not so much a book of techniques or excises that one can follow; moreover, it highlights steps one can take to improve one's mind/memory. i.e I was looking for a book that would provide me with memory formulas that would help categorize and store retrievable memory. The focus on the book was not about that, though it did touch on various and different examples on how to achieve what I was looking for. What the book did focus on, was an understanding of how memory works and the best way to capitalize on its preservation. Most of us know eating right and exercise is good for the mind, the book expanded and on concepts such as this and applied a "roadmap" of sorts, to best take advantage of these practices and also what can sabotage them. Very important in my view. Lastly, the two best things I took from this book was the section on frequency ways and the adverse affect of sleeping aids. Ive had trouble sleeping for a long time [over 10 years of horrible....HORRIBLE sleep]. That being said, Ive been using frequency waves to help me in my hunt for catching some Zzz. Doing this, along with the elimination of some bad habits [reading and phone usage in bed] have allowed me to experience some nights of better sleep. All in all, this book is not a one stop solution, but I think it can advance your efforts tremendously.

This is a wonderful book.

There are quite some useful techniques and insights in this book from improving memory to aiding recall, little exercises that can be done daily to form habits to maintaining our brain health. I will try to come back to the book again as I can’t possibly remember all these techniques, hence the need for this book! Will try out one or two, form the habit, and then come back for another one to try.

A good one

Effective! I'm going back to school and use these techniques to retain lots of new information. My son (a 5th grader) used it to remember his spelling words. The book provides you simple to follow directions that facilitate improve your memory. I'm glad for this Book
