Any additional comments?

Very happy with this! Pleasant idea! No cause it should not work. Everyone over 40 should get and listen to this audiobook. There is a tidal wave of Alzheimer's coming, according to medical authorities. Doing the activities from this book is one way not to "catch that wave."

Four stars...

Every single human has a brain that has the ability to be "genius", but many are not because they never train their brains to grow and become smart. There are many, many things that one can do to improve their cognitive abilities and we will cover much of it in this book.

impressive!

Enjoyed this book a lot. I think that it speaks to how difficult it is for all of us to accept new situations and how difficult it is to lose someone that we love.

One of this girl's prized possessions is her memory string and as the story unfolds around it, we get to see her learn to accept the new turns her life has taken.

Techniques for memory

Memory is one of my top memory improvement recommendations. Of the many memory books. I have reread this one a few times. It is clear, concise, and practical. Why is it worthy of a reread? It is also a self-improvement book that contains life lessons.

Learning to it

Great book. All of the techniques described really work. The only technique for me that requires frequent practice is that of remembering numbers. I'm gonna use these methods for the rest of my life to improve my life in every aspect.
