Overall, this is fairly good among them all.

I need structure in my life and this book does that! While I was listening, I also found some good tips on what I am doing right now in my "diet" that probably are the best for my body. Highly recommend this book.

Great book. Simply for the individuals who are happy to find Mediterranean formulas so they should peruse this book around five fixing cookbook as I read as well. I love the larger font size of the print and the small separated paragraphs which make it an easy read. I tend to get bored when reading books and this kept my attention. Highly recommend this book.

Great book.

The Mediterranean diet pasta and protein and energy charged peas.Mediterranean diet doesn’t forbid but only recommends consuming certain foods. The recipes in this book are written with the focus on cheese, fish, beans and vegetables intake. Great book.
