Very nice book!

Very nice book! I don't know how healthy the recipes are but the book is a great guideline for using an air cooker. Let's you know the time and temperature for standard foods cooked in an air cooker. For example, I did not use the batter in her fried catfish recipe, but it at least gave an idea of how long to cook it using the fish batter I prefer. Author thank you!

Good Mediterranean Diet Cookbook. There are so many inspiring recipes in this book. The variety allows for all types of diets from vegetarians to meat lovers. Ingredients are real and easy to find into the stores, so flavors really come out in the cooking. It inspires snack ideas and new appetizers to prepare for holiday parties. It also has simple recipes like grilled ham and cheese that tweens and teens can make on their own if they are not comfortable with the stovetop. There is something for every meal including delicious desserts.

The recipes I've tried have been very, very good. I'm looking forward to trying more. I've been looking for a Mediterranean diet cookbook. and I really like this one. Something is obvious, in this diet but I felt this book was REALLY good for a beginner, beginner! If you're not a beginner, it might be a bit boring, and redundant. Still, I really like this. It has a few recipes I've not seen in other books! Worth having!!!! Thanks, Author! I appreciate it!

Love this cookbook!

Love this cookbook! Every recipe I've made so far has been a hit. Even my skinny son, who gas no need to loose weight loves the dishes as he detests greasy food. No excess grease here! Matter of fact, very little oil or grease at all. Made the Chicken & Broccoli tonight, looking at the Salisbury Steak for tomorrow. Have made some from her blog, equally good. You will not be disappointed. Well i love it!

A great guide

A great guide to getting the most out of the Mediterranean Diet Meal Prep. I have three instant pot books but this book is the superstar. The recipes are easy to understand and came out delicious, the down side of this book is It has no pictures, but still a good cookbook with huge amount of recipes. If you want to buy a good Mediterranean Diet for Beginners, then this is the one I’ll recommend to everyone. I'm so happy with it. Thank you!

Nice to read this! Well, I decided to try anyway and I'm glad I did. It is not only about recipes, but also about tips on brands to buy, and why certain methods do not give the right results. I like the way they explain, how they came to the indicated areas, such as sample and error reports. And, of course, appetizing recipes! Very simple and fresh. Great book!

This is a quick, simple introduction to the Mediterranean diet. It's a great way to get a quick idea of what the diet is all about if you're wanting to know if it's the diet for you and makes a great starting point for making the change. I found a good next step book is The Mediterranean Diet for Dummies.That's nice! The recipes in this book are easy to make, don't take much time, and taste delicious.

Easy to follow guide to healthy eating. One day hubby told me he was running out of ideas for meals. I expected it because he cooks much like his mother and that was definitely not how I learned to cook or to eat.~. I am diabetic, on blood thinner, have cholesterol issues, liver and gallbladder issues I could list all the rest but, MeH. (These and the rest of my heath issues are gentic, not due to my eating habits.)

Full with explanations about Mediterranean Diet

Full with explanations about the types of meat, vegetables, grains, and herbs you need to look for, how to set them up, and how to provide a food storage room to make plans! I cherish it very much! This recipe is beyond my will. Basically good bearings are not at all complicated. Cooking with charcoal or gas will help you navigate easily. If you pursue headlines, the output will be very enjoyable.

Great, comprehensive book! I purchased it for my Mother. She was advised to make major changes to her lifestyle and a healthy mediterranean diet was in order. The introduction to the diet was perfect! My Step Father is also on the diet and they both commented on the great introduction. They are able to cook at home and they have discovered Middle Eastern restaurants in their town and love them! I would recommend this book to anyone who needs a through, comprehensive introduction, and recipes and lifestyle tips! Best diet!

Good book! This book includes all necessary information about Mediterranean diet. I have found a lot of recipes. This amazing diet is very healthy and is a perfect diet plan for avoiding various chronic diseases like cancer, cardiac complications and also for boosting life expectancy.This book is awesome to read and i think this book is the best book of this topic, and i really appreciate this book.
