This cookbook makes Mediterranean Diet plan so easy I can hardly believe it. Despite the unsightly design, the book is full of useful and handy ideas both for working days and weekends. If you want to go the extra mile, you can always add some unusual dressings, spices, switch the ingredients. Way to go!

Goes beyond the typical cookbook.

Goes beyond the typical cookbook. Lots of info on why they use certain ingredients, why they may take a extra step and lots of pictures of processes that may not be things the general home cook may not know. For me, that has been a great help. I have really enjoyed the book.

BEST MEDITERRANEAN DIET

This is a standout amongst the best books in my formulas gathering for solid living. I ever love to make an accumulation of formulas book that is the reason I get this book and get positive aftereffects of veg formulas and furthermore accessible verity of breakfast formulas.
