Extraordinary audiobook..

A standout amongst other cook audiobooks I have ever bought. A gigantic range of fixing alternatives complete with reasonable advances and bearings to build both complimentary flavors just as entire dinners. A totally extensive manual for the Mediterranean cooking. We have utilized this reference as a guide for two straight months and have not yet rehashed a formula while seeing numerous as top choices.

Wonderful introduction..

This cookbook is a wonderful introduction to the Mediterranean Dash Diet, Meal Prep For Weight Loss. It helps me to answer the question “what is ketogenic diet”. And then, it supports me to develop a perfect ketogenic meal plan.I love the helpful background tips like types of grains and rice. Two faults would be larger font for my old eyes and more pictures but I’m a visual person.Magnificent prologue to the Mediterranean eating regimen and way of life.

A lot of information audiobook..

Most of the time I have been aiming for this kind of audiobooks . since I've purchased it, because this audiobook has fascinated me. First of all , I would like to highlight my experience. You will find enough information in the audiobook and complete details that I have not noticed in other audiobooks. I'm so glad the author did a great job and the author deserves a five star.

Excellent audiobook..

This audiobook gets you started on the Mediterranean diet in a simple bit by bit heading. It starts by assisting with understanding the science behind the Mediterranean diet and how it functions. I have been utilizing this as a guide for as long as 5 weeks and have a normal loss of 7 pounds.

Most cook audiobooks..

Most cook audiobooks will give you a couple of sample recipes in the "look inside" feature to see if it's something you would actually want to make. The reviews were good, so I took a chance...and I am disappointed I did. The recipes are not anything special and do not have a lot of flavor. I thoroughly enjoy cooking, and I am trying to adhere to a more Mediterranean diet, but I don't want to be on a "diet" which is exactly what this cookbook is. Mediterranean fare is already light, and this cookbook manages to take all the flavor out of everything. Amazon no longer allows free returns so this one will go in the donation bin.

Extraordinary audiobook..

This has to be the best diet/cookbook I've ever purchased. The plan is easy to understand and use, the meals consisting of ingredients that are either on hand or easy to find anywhere. There is prep involved, but most of it is easily done within a half an hour, not including cook times. I have a renewed interest in cooking now, feel great, and am losing weight. Most of all, there isn't one dish in two weeks that I haven't enjoyed--if an ingredient (e.g. fennel) isn't what I like, I just pick another meal. This is a life-changing "how to" book!

A lot of information audiobook..

This audiobook was very disappointing, and I was not inspired at all. First - there are no pictures to speak of which is sad because the Mediterranean Diet is full of colorful food, I think there was a picture of oatmeal. Second I saw too many hard boiled eggs and smoothies for breakfast. Not what I had in mind at all. This audiobook might work for you but did nothing for me so I returned it and had to pay postage.

Good recipes..

This is a very comprehensive eating and exercise plan based on the Mediterranean diet. The recipes are good, and the 28 day plan is all mapped out for you. However, there is a lot of preparation and cooking required if you follow the 28 day menu. For week one, you will have to buy 7 dairy products, 39 different articles of produce, 9 meats, 5 grains, various canned items, and you will be using at least 15 different spices.

An amazing audiobook

An amazing audiobook for the Mediterranean eating routine plans. I would enthusiastically suggest this book particularly if the Mediterranean eating routinely book. Incomprehensible data and plans. I valued this book. This book all substances are given a little bit at a time. Remarkable instructive book. Heaps of supportive information for people dealing with these subjects are definitely not hard to examine and grasp. A significant guide until the finish of time. I'm pushed!

i Really love this audiobook

Really love this audiobook!! I was hesitant at first but our family has adjusted easily to it. The recipes are flavorful, some recipes involve more prep than others, there are leftovers for next day lunch meals, I don’t feel deprived of food and over all like the new healthy options this is giving. Highly recommended

nice audiobook

The book has been very helpful starting a healthier lifestyle. It contains daily recipes for meals and snacks that can be exchanged for other recipes in the book and an exercise section. I have started the plan this week, and I have found the recipes to be filling, and I feel great. Also, each recipe has nutritional information. Thank you for a great book to improve my overall health.

This audiobook has been awesome at guiding me into learning about and following a Mediterranean diet! There is a nicely laid out menu plan to follow with delicious and simple recipes. Very good recipes cookbook

Love, love, love! Very good recipes. If you don’t have any of the ingredients listed, it is very pricey to start with. However, if you already cook a lot, you will have the spices and basic ingredients. Delightful...i’ve lost 15 pounds in 3 months and am very satisfied with the delicious food. I can stay on this forever.
