Great audible cookbook!

So nice to have this book. It's very comfortable for me to listen audible book because I'm all the time on my way somewhere. And this book helped me a lot on kitchen. "Mediterranean Diet Meal Prep" very useful!

I like this book

This book is amazing - great quality and the whole family loves all the recipes. It is truly inspiring that you can take over your own life and possibly resolve long term medical issues with diet and exercise!

fantastic

Excellent!!! Only tried three recipes but they've all been so good. Hard to believe they are light. Recently made the jerk chicken tacos from this book and couldn't figure how it would be good with so few ingredients. WOW! Amazing, once again. My new favorite cookbook. That's amazing

Great recipes that we love to experiment with

That's nice

Lovely book! This book of Mediterranean diet recipes came with a surprise - the front section is all about heart disease in its various forms and how the Mediterranean diet helps people with heart disease. That's not why I am following this eating plan, but it was still good information. The recipes look yummy, and we've already tried a few. Opa!

A good one! Awesome and amazing

Easy book to use to start Mediterranean diet just like the title says! Meal plans and tasty simple recipes. I really appreciate that many recipes are for two servings instead of four. No pictures but doesn't bother me! That's amazing and beatifuL!
