Great for reducing anxiety

I've been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for 8 years on a regular basis and this book honestly gave me my power back.

Can't wait to listen

I space them out one per day in the morning or in the evening. This works well for me and makes this a great long term investment for one credit- a credit well spent to say the least I'm halfway through the book and Ive already started practicing mindful meditations and really feeling better spiritually even though I had only 3 sessions. can't wait to listen it till the last page

This is an impressive bundle of meditations. They are simple and easy but I felt very relaxed after every one of them. I don't do them all at once, that's too much.

A Great Beginning

If you at looking for advice on how to start a mindful life, this book is for you. Accessible and exciting, in a good way, this book has great tip not only on to start, but also on how to construct the habit and incorporate it in your daily life. All of this without imposing any religious believe while respecting those who have it, whatever religion it might be.

I came to read this book by chance. Prof. Mark W. Muesse managed to deliver the beauties of this topic so gratefully and full of love. Great content!

I liked the chapter on breathing and meditation. The techniques described were easy enough to start and maintain. Other chapters had more anecdotal examples. But if one can do the breathing and meditation, the other clutters in life will drive themselves away.

Interesting listen

This books is very interesting and logical. I am a shallow breather and have now taught myself to do quick meditation and breathing techniques during the day or after I wake up to jump start my day.
