Excellent audio

This is a very excellent audio on guided meditation for deep sleep , relaxation and overcoming insomnia . It really lives up to it’s title. It has all the information we need to start our meditation period this is a great guide .

Overcoming insomnia

This audio really helped me overcome my insomnia . I’ve had my insomnia for 13 years now and i think my pills are not working for me anymore . I really hate going back to the doctor that's why i've been researching on other options so that i could overcome my insomnia and so far , this audio has been really helpful for me . Thanks to this .

I feel amazingly refreshed

I've never heard all of this book because it is so good at making me fall asleep! I always wake up feeling so refreshed and in general I'm much more alert for the entire day. I used to always need at least 9-10 hours sleep every night and since I've started listening to this ebook my sleep quality has improved so much that even after just 5-6 hours sleep I feel amazingly refreshed and energetic for the whole day. I'm honestly really impressed with the results as I've tried lots of these tapes and this one has been by far the most effective. I would definitely recommend people to try. I have also felt so much calmer and relaxed every day. I have been much more positive and I attribute that to this tape, which is probably why I am leaving it such a good review! :P

This audio does the trick for me every time

This audio does the trick for me every time...within about 5-10 min. of turning it on I am fast asleep. The only change I would make to it is perhaps the addition of more relaxing music and increase in the length, from 30 to 60 min. Otherwise it's fantastic. The dialogue is good and the narration is very good; her voice is soothing. The pacing is also spot on - I like how the narration moves in a slow, meandering way. My husband usually complains about my audio book use at bedtime (he prefers to fall asleep to the TV), however, even he likes this audio book :)

The best relaxing meditation!

The best relaxing meditation! Recommended for stressed parents children's during summer vacations and holidays. Serene background music and the best meditation specialist. Easy to listen to during breaks during the work day for rejuvenating to plow through the remaining hours.

this one is my favorite

Out of all the anti-anxiety books I've read and listened too, this one is my favorite. it does actually help me forget what I'm thinking about and just drift off into sleep with it playing loud in my dark room at night. I've suffered from anxiety since 2017 and I've never been able to combat it til I found this. now even the meds helped. thank you so much.

Worth the listen!

This audio book is helpful in letting go of stress, the author helps you walk through negative emotions so you can become the confident person you have always wanted to be. The author as well as narration had done a nice job with this audio book.

Extremely Helpful

Very calming

The audio of this guided meditation audiobook was very soothing, not only did the narrator put me to sleep with the help of the script. But my anxiety as dimmed down a lot. The audio quality was excellent then as for the script that was just as good. It has allowed me to have a better nights rest with minimal effort.
