There are many benefits to meditation, especially when it comes to weight loss and management. Clear and to the point. Very easy and useful!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was easy to read and follow. Very informative and helpful and answered so many questions I had! I found this book very easy and specific for beginners. It's actually fun to learn self-healing techniques that are useful everywhere I go.

Great Illustrations and Explanat

I also got Meditation for Rapid Weight Loss and it has additional hand positions with some good explanations. I really learn a lot about yoga because the previous information I was exposed to is incorrect and misleading. I extremely love this book and the author is knowledgeable in the subject..

My favourite book

Simple to follow and easy to understand. The book was super helpful. The descriptions and the photos made it easy to try the poses immediately. I appreciate learning mudra because I have incorporated them into my yoga practice.

Wow!!! I love this guy!!!

This audible book illustrates and explains simple Rapid Weight Loss in an organized and simple sequence that is easy to understand and to follow. Your Yoga Guided Meditation for Unleashing Your Natural Weight Loss and Fat Burn, with the Power of Hypnosis and Affirmations.
I would love to have all of his books . I prefer real books to kindle books tho .
I highly recommend this book !! I can not wait to start practicing lol . 😊🙏👌

Amazing!

I just bought this audible book and read it completely, I have read are in very simple lan guage and are easily understadable and can be easily followed. It does what it says in the title: it's for beginners! Looking forward to checking all the other books in the series.

Very informative I personally recommend it

This audible book has helped me a lot and gave me a better understanding. Detailed pictures that show exactly how to do the moves with descriptions of what each mudra is helpful for. I'm excited to try some of them. It also has other excerpts and links to other books by the author. I will most likely check those out too. 🙂

Meditation for Rapid Weight Loss

This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight. If you know about the law of attraction this can be a real powerful technique. Having listened to a number of meditation things similar to this, I feel in comparison this is a very well done recording. I plan to continue to listen to this as I start another weight loss journey. I think if you believe in the law of attraction and you would like help mediation on weight loss then this a book worth pursuing.

Best guide for weight loss

I found this to be very effective at getting me to crave healthier foods and actually want to work out my abs, which used to be my least favorite exercise. Now, I have healthier eating and exercise habits with ease, which is a big change for me.

Good Job

This is a well written piece that seems to automatically speak to the subconscious mind. I found it to be an easy way to trick the brain into wanting exercise and healthier foods. That alone has helped me lose weight faster. Very clever production!

I recommend

I highly recommend this book to anyone who is struggling not only to lose weight but with their body image. This book will leave you with a much healthier and more positive view about weight loss and your body. I've read it several times and will keep picking it up every time I need to remind myself to love the body I have. Because that's when your body will start to lose the weight for you and you won't need to fight against it any more.
