my favorite go to for mindfulness

Awesome!! its significant since it uncovers to you the step by step inclinations you can collect and that control is the propeller you need when you don't have or any find motivation

Very motivational

To me, a hard to motivate procrastinator, this guide has provided a couple of useful methods to get going. there's a lot more I could be doing, but of all the books I've listened on the subject, this is the one that has helped me the most.
