can improve background music

Super annoying looping background music, makes it harder to focus. The piano at times makes it harder to hear the voice.

Very effective at getting me to sleep quickly

I like how this method creates a basis for giving you permission to start eating healthy. It's almost as though you have to, because you went through this visualization. Afterwards, it feels necessary to stick with the process of eating smaller portions because you just imagined your stomach is now smaller, and I actually felt that way. Great way to jumpstart weight loss!!

Beautiful resources

This has been really great for curving my cravings for sugar and fatty foods. It's been a nice method for eating less of those foods that pack on the pounds little by little. Instead, I'm losing weight and eating more healthy. Wonderful!

Impressed with this audible

Good visuals and a nice mental trick for getting yourself to eat less consistently. No need to think it was actually done or that you actually went into surgery, just the idea of playing make believe and going along with it surprisingly helps a lot after imagining it.

Nice

I liked the after effects of this hypnosis, which for me was a decreased appetite. It lasted more than 4 days before I had to listen to it again. It's lasted longer since then, which has helped me slim down.
