Easy to follow this audio book

A lack of quality sleep can hinder your alertness and quality of life while awake, as anyone with sleeping issues already knows. If we do not put an emphasis on getting the right kind and amount of sleep every night, it can negatively affect every other part of our bodies.

Great for meditation beginners!

I think of this as a beginner's guide to meditation which worked well for me because it is very hard to silence my brain or still my thoughts at times. Cesar's voice was soothing and he kept reminding us to return to our breathing when our thoughts started to wonder. I found that the night's I meditated, I slept better. The only drawback was it kept getting longer and longer up to 25 minutes. I think 10 minutes should be the maximum unless there is more meditation techniques added.

Truly helps me to relax in a short period of time.

Listening to this at bedtime truly helps me relax in a short period of time and I find myself falling asleep before I know it. Previously I rarely remembered my dreams, yet since using this tape I have much stronger recall of my dreams when I wake up. I recommend "Meditation for Rapid Deep Sleep" highly.

Well worth the credit.

Put it this way, if you are the kind of person who struggles on getting to sleep or may be stressed out continuously this is 100% the audiobook for. I struggle in life with both of these issues and I must say that since I have been listening to this my problems have started to clear up.
