I would give this audio-book 10 stars if I could.

I was listen this audio-book very consciously and I am very impressed with how well-explained each concept and exercise is. This is the most useful audio-book on meditation that I have ever come across. Each chapter is both simple and profound and potent. The meditation on Day 4 with Mindful Eating was life-altering for me.

I’ve been waiting for a audio-book like this.

This audio-book is the ideal start for anyone embarking on a meditation practice. I find it is also great for those interested in expanding their knowledge base of the various types of meditation, and great tools on how to incorporate them. A must have audio-book for anyone into meditation, and it’s been very well received as a gift as well!

Simple and Sweet - A Must Listen.

Simple is best. Even my goal was not (initially) to begin meditation, it allows me to choose a couple of techniques that I think I may like when I'll begin my journey. I’m really happy with this audio-book.

wonderful audio-book !!

It has a huge recourse of information about body nerve. I love this workbook for myself. the genetator is usually left switched off for two weeks after surgery /. this is to help your body heal. after that, it is usually switched on by a specialist nurse in a clinic. they will gradually increase the settings over a number of weeks. this gives you a chance to get used to the stimulation over time..

Easy to understand.

This audio-book is amazing. It's easy to follow and very helpful for people who want to start mediation like me. Before this audio-book I had no idea what it meant, just like most I thought you had to turn off your thought and sit in silences. Boy was I wrong, and this audio-book helped me see that. I am on my 2nd 10-day mediation with a twist... instead of 5 mins I do each at 20 mins.

Really, Simple and well-spoken this one.

I really liked how this audio-book seemed to help me build a firm meditation foundation by explaining the purpose of each meditation. I had not given that a lot of thought, past the obvious of calming the mind, etc. It was apparent that the order of the meditations were thoughtfully arranged. I like that the author suggested flexibility and maybe switch the types of meditations used. Easy to follow and very helpful!

This is probably the most important audio-book!

This is probably the most important audio-book on health that I have ever listen to, and I have listen PLENTY. The information is not easy but does explain why some of us have issues with life and with others.
